60-minute initial consultation
Virtual check-in sessions every 4 weeks (30 minutes each)
Ongoing support throughout the week via the True Coach app, including reminders and check-ins
What We Do (Instead of One-Size-Fits-All Meal Plans):
• Address sleep and stress management
• Assess nutrient deficiencies and improve nutrient absorption
• Develop effective pre-, intra-, and post-workout meal strategies
• Work around food allergies and sensitivities
• Teach food quality and portion balance with real-life meal examples
• Explain macronutrients—what they are, why they matter, and how to time them for your goals
After checkout, you’ll receive an email with instructions on scheduling your first meeting, filling out your intake form, and getting set up on the True Coach app.
